For my black and white I use a lot of silver efex pro 3. since some time I also process with ON1 and I compare the results. I get almost identical pictures.With a little practice I think I will use less and less Silver Efex. the structure of Silver efex is very good but the dynamic contrast of ON1 is good too and you can apply it on a mask. Your videos are very interesting with the French subtitles .good continuation
